The terms and conditions below regulate the use of the Wicked Family web store localized on web address www.wickedfamily.com. There are three parts, shipping, returns and privacy. Please take the time to read it through. The terms and conditions below also regulate the sales carried out on the Wicked Family web shop, www.wickedfamily.com
Wicked family provides home delivery or delivery to pick up points of products purchased on www.wickedfamily.com. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders received during these days will be processed the day after. Orders received during the weekend or during Swedish public holidays will be processed the first day after.
Once the order is packed, the parcel will be picked up by the carrier, (DHL, UPS or Post Nord), which will then ship them to their destination. At the time of the order the customer will receive an email with the tracking number to follow the shipment status at all times. Please check with the carrier, before contacting us, regarding the whereabout of your order and to get help to monitor the shipment status. Delivery times may take from 2 to 6 working days from the order confirmation.
We occasionally offer free deliveries on all orders, which will be clearly stated on our website. Please note that campaigns for free deliveries will be activated on your order on the payment page.

Wicked Family will not pay shipping costs for uncollected packages.
All duties and taxes are paid by the customer.
Please observe that prices may vary due to this, depending on where the package will be shipped. Orders to countries outside the European Union may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are added once your package reaches your country. Packages are shipped according to Incoterm Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Returns will not be approved due to this. Any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Wicked Familys mission is to provide the best customer service, if you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it for a full refund within 15 days. We do not process direct exchanges at this time. For the best service and selection for exchange, please return the items pursuant to our return policy and place your new order for replacement items online.
If you want to discuss before returning the goods, you can contact the shop by email at email@example.com during weekdays.
How to do it:
Fill in the return note and send it together with the products you want to return. Please send an email and notice to firstname.lastname@example.org with order and shipping number. Buyer is responsible for shipping and the return cost. Always use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• Return must be done within 15 days of purchase.
• Shipping or custom fees are not refundable.
• The returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. If your refund is late or missing, please wait a few days before contacting us, since there is some processing time before the refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Wicked Family is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provide to us as a customer and these are processed by us to manage your purchases, as well as for marketing purposes if you subscribed to the newsletter. Wicked Family does not disclose personal information, e-mail addresses or other customer information to third parties other than those mentioned in the items below. You have the right to see your personal details upon request. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted. If you wish to end your subscription of information from Wicked Family, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to choose. You can always withdrew your consent by contacting us at email@example.com. Our Web Site and communication are intended for those who are at least 18 years old and older.
Cookies are used by the Wicked Family web store in order to improve your experience when browsing and using the website. For the safety of your personal information, Wicked Family uses SSL Certificates to encrypt information passed to and from the website during registration and checkout. When placing an order, you can immediately check the security validity by clicking the padlock icon that appears in the URL line of your browser window when SSL is activated.
Wicked Family’s ambition is for the website to always be up and running, however Wicked Family cannot guarantee this. When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming that you placed an order. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order or any obvious inconsistency in pricing. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
Due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures in the Wicked Family store can differ from their actual colors. Wicked Family cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
The prices in the Wicked Family web store are stated in SEK and translated into Euro and dollar depending on where you want the shipment to be delivered. The price of each product is stated excluding shipping costs but including swedish VAT for countries inside EU. For countries outside EU the Swedish VAT will be excluded.
Wicked Family accepts payment by VISA / Mastercard / American Express. The full payment is charged when the package is dispatched. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. We also accept and promote PayPal for the security they provide for both parts in a transaction.
When you click on links in our store, they may direct you away from our site. A link to a third party’s web site does not mean that we endorse it or that we are affiliated with it. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
