SHIPPING POLICY
Wicked family provides home delivery or delivery to pick up points of products purchased on www.wickedfamily.com. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders received before 11 am Central European time will be processed the same day. Orders received during the weekend or during Swedish public holidays will be processed the first day after.

Once the order is packed, the parcel will be picked up by the carrier, (DHL, UPS or Schenker in Sweden), which will then ship them to their destination. At the time of the shipping the customer will receive an email with the tracking number to follow the shipment status at all times. Please check with the carrier, before contacting us, regarding the whereabout of your order and to get help to monitor the shipment status. Delivery times may take from 2 to 6 working days from the order confirmation. Sometimes during Black Friday Week or Christmas it may take longer due to the amount of packages for the shipping companies. 

We occasionally offer free deliveries on all orders, which will be clearly stated on our website. Please note that campaigns for free deliveries will be activated on your order on the payment page.
