SHIPPING POLICY
Wicked family provides home delivery or delivery to pick up points of products purchased on www.wickedfamily.com. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders received during these days will be processed the day after. Orders received during the weekend or during Swedish public holidays will be processed the first day after.

Once the order is packed, the parcel will be picked up by the carrier, (DHL or UPS), which will then ship them to their destination. At the time of the order the customer will receive an email with the tracking number to follow the shipment status at all times. Please check with the carrier, before contacting us, regarding the whereabout of your order and to get help to monitor the shipment status. Delivery times may take from 2 to 6 working days from the order confirmation.

We occasionally offer free deliveries on all orders, which will be clearly stated on our website. Please note that campaigns for free deliveries will be activated on your order on the payment page.

Wicked Family will not pay shipping costs for uncollected packages.

All duties and taxes are paid by the customer.
Please observe that prices may vary due to this, depending on where the package will be shipped. Orders to countries outside the European Union may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are added once your package reaches your country. Packages are shipped according to Incoterm Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Returns will not be approved due to this. Any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred.
