Wicked Familys mission is to provide the best customer service, if you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it for a full refund within 15 days. We do not process direct exchanges at this time. For the best service and selection for exchange, please return the items pursuant to our return policy and place your new order for replacement items online.

How to do it:
Fill in the return note and send it together with the products you want to return. Please send an email and notice to with order and shipping number. Buyer is responsible for shipping and the return cost. Always use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• Return must be done within 15 days of purchase.
• Shipping or custom fees are not refundable.
• The returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. If your refund is late or missing, please wait a few days before contacting us, since there is some processing time before the refund is posted.
